Ibn Rushd thought

Ibn Rushd believes that there is no conflict between philosophy and religion, and he also believed in the eternity of the universe, and said that the soul is divided into two parts; One of them is personal related to the person, the second is divine, and since the personal soul is subject to perishability, all people are equal, as he claimed that he has two types of knowledge of the truth, the first based on religion based on belief that cannot be subjected to scrutiny and scrutiny, and the second based on philosophy, and based on his moral views Of the doctrines of Plato and Aristotle, and agreed with Plato on the four basic virtues: justice, wisdom, courage, and chastity.

Ibn Rushd’s books

Ibn Rushd has many works in four sections; They are: philosophy, medicine, jurisprudence, and linguistic literature, as well as explaining the Aristotelian heritage. Jamal al-Din al-Alawi counted 108 books, 58 of which are in their Arabic text :
