Dr. Taghrid Zuhdi Mohamed, founder and president of the OFUQ ALSALAM ALDUWALI (OSD) Center, member of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and Sustainable Development / United Nations #21417 #476942, and her work team of trainers and volunteers, in cooperation with the “Sanid Volunteering” program, presented a training course for female students on how to respond in emergency situations and disasters, and it lasted for three days. The training course, which was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at Al Qasimia University, aimed to train on search, rescue and evacuation methods in cases of response to natural disasters and crises, by applying basic safety principles and emergency preparedness, and contributing to raising society’s preparedness towards crises, disasters and emergency situations.
