The Qur’an mentioned to us a beautiful story of an ant that changed the course of the army of our master Solomon. Solomon, peace be upon him, was marching in his army, and he passed by the valley of the ants, and here the Messenger of God Solomon, peace be upon him, heard the hadith of the ant, and here is what the ant did that changed the course of Solomon’s army .
She called out to the ants who were scattered and not in their cache while Solomon’s army was passing by, and ordered them to enter their homes and hide from Solomon’s armies, and she justified the reason for hiding , And it is that Solomon and his soldiers do not destroy the ants as they pass by, and she excused Solomon, peace be upon him, by saying that they were not aware.
But Solomon, peace be upon him, heard her call to her companions, and changed the path of the army so as not to destroy the ants’ homes or run over them and his army. God Almighty taught Solomon, peace be upon him, the language of ants and all animals .
And the lesson from this story is that we must always look to put our feet and choose our speech, for perhaps a simple misstep will lead us to a disaster, God forbid, and taking the causes and the result is on God She did not know that the Prophet of God would hear her and stop, she did not say that the army is fast and will destroy us and there is no point in warning, she just took the reasons.
Let us take a lesson from this story and learn the art of crisis management? The ant identified the problem, then presented the solution, then gave the incentive and motive to ensure the speedy response to this solution, and the greatest of all is that it gave us a model of good faith, when it gave an excuse to the army that almost destroyed it And her gender, can you manage your crises like this ant?
