This participation came based on the official invitation sent by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Sharjah, where the text of the invitation stated: “As one of the distinguished entities in the country, which many rely on in such important events to serve our students, we are pleased with your cooperation in making this important event a success on the day of Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from eleven in the morning until three in the afternoon, at the Student Center for Student Colleges”
It was implemented in cooperation with medical colleges (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and health sciences), university security, and in coordination with health education in the Sharjah Medical District, health education and joint patients at the Supreme Family Council, the health education office in Sharjah Municipality, the Sharjah Oral and Dental Care Project, the Sharjah Environment and Natural Reserves Authority, and Sharjah Police.
