In memory of the fulfillment of “the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace”, which falls on the 19th of Ramadan, the UAE celebrates its achievements in the field of humanitarian work. Therefore, the country is witnessing the launch of more charitable and humanitarian initiatives under the name Zayed Humanitarian Day .
The world has agreed that Sheikh Zayed is one of the unique leaders throughout the ages of history, and that he is a mercy sent by God as a mercy to humanity in which he spreads goodness. God’s gift to mankind was in the person of Sheikh Zayed represented in his heart, which contains sincere intentions and determinations carried by him (may God rest his soul) in high determination. May Allah open for him the gates of Paradise .
In a statement by Dr. Taghrid Zuhdi Mohamed , President of the OFUQ ALSALAM ALDUWALI (OSD) Center, member of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs for Sustainable Development / United Nations, representative of the International Federation of International Peace Organizations in the United Arab Emirates, Chair of the Peace Volunteers Committee, Goodwill Ambassador and General Coordinator of the Norwegian International Association for Justice and Peace On the occasion of “Zayed Humanitarian Day”, which falls on the 19th of Ramadan each year, may God have mercy on the founding leader, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan – may God rest his soul – who enriched the Emirates and humanity with his wisdom and leadership for charitable works and invested what God gave the UAE of wealth to be in the service of Man inside and outside the state, he did not leave a door of goodness and giving without opening it with his generous hands in order to alleviate suffering, and ease the burdens on his children, citizens and residents, and the whole world without racial or religious discrimination.
She added that our participation in the events of this occasion dear to all is our duty, because we always follow the example of “Zayed Al-Khair”, love and giving, and we recall all the lessons, lessons and experiences that he has immortalized and engraved in our memory to be a way and a method to continue the path of work to make humanity happy.
